When You May Need a Tax Attorney

Tax Attorney may be invaluable if you anticipate a serious legal complication with the IRS. You may want to hire a tax attorney if you had a complicated sale of a small business, if you've failed to file your taxes for several years or to file returns dealing with complicated estate and trust issues. You do not need a tax attorney to file standard taxes because the fees tend to be relatively high.
